Hi @t-fine, we are working to integrate liquid-prep with OH as a service.

Repo name: service-liquid-prep
Purpose: Take Liquid Prep to the Edge
Admin: @playground

In the sections of the readme for creating new services/microservices, there should be more complete instructions on what message to send in the chat server, and perhaps an example.

A guide or link to getting on the chat server should also be added or linked here, as it is not immediately obvious, and simply clicking the open-horizon-examples link will not work if you are not already on the chat server, and this may just confuse new contributors instead.

Added Standard PR Template that is specially for docs and all

Markdown templates often made it difficult to capture the whole context, by expecting the contributors to read the markup, uncomment lines and delete relevant context.

Issue forms beta was released for public repositories last month, as mentioned by GitHub on this blog. We would like to migrate the issue templates to YAML-based forms which are easy to fill up and maintain, helping us capture relevant context.
