raspberry ralink MT7601U driver

RT2870/RT3070 Wireless Adapter Driver not work
By running lsusb I can see my wireless adapter is there.
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 148f:3070 Ralink Technology, Corp. RT2870/RT3070 Wireless Adapter
And the driver is listing on wlan-firmware: https://github.com/OpenELEC/wlan-firmware/tree/master/rt2870
But it just not work and not even flashing the LED light. So I assume something wrong with the driver? Or do I miss some steps? Help Appreciated ๐
P.S. Tried both Raspberry Pi ARM 3.0.1 and V3.0
Driver Addition Request: RT5572
A snippet from http://www.linux-hardware-guide.com/2013-05-30-tp-link-tl-wdn3200-n600-dual-band-wifi-adapter-24ghz-300mbps-usb-2-0:
The TP-Link TL-WDN3200 is a USB WiFi stick with the USB ID 148f:5572:

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 148f:5572 Ralink Technology, Corp.
The stick bases on the Ralink 5572 chipset and is supported by Linux via the kernel module rt5572sta. Unfortunately, this module is not part of the standard kernel (see bug report) yet. Hence, the TL-WDN3200 is not automatically activated by the current distributions, e.g. Ubuntu 12.04.
A Linux driver is available at http://www.mediatek.com/_en/07_downloads/01_windows.php?sn=501. This driver has to be slightly edited before it can be compiled under Linux.
A already modified version of the driver can be found at http://www.ctheroux.com/publicfiles/DPO_RT5572_LinuxSTA_2.6.0.1_20120629_EDITED.tar.bz2.bz2 and saves the hazzle of editing some files of the rt5572 driver.
According to a user report at http://openelec.tv/forum/124-raspberry-pi/68763-5ghz-wifi-pause-and-judder#116643, the RT2800 drivers are loaded in OE for this wlan adapter. Could this explain the dropoff of connection speed during playback?
