Ensure all TIF rasters are COGs

I see the file https://github.com/giswqs/data/raw/main/raster/landsat7.tif used in a number of examples but this file results in a warning from rio-tiler:

NoOverviewWarning: The dataset has no Overviews. rio-tiler performances might be impacted.

Could we use rio-cogeo to convert/make sure all TIF rasters hosted here are valid Cloud Optimized GeoTiffs (COGs)?

I'd be happy to do this for all the rasters here if I get a free moment to clone the repo

Raster data in postgis

I am working on satellite imagery. I want to save satellite imagery in postgis and upload it map. I am getting problem in making a table from Geotiff file. I want to send a query on geotiff file so that I could select the particular region of interest.

Please help to upload Geotiff file in postgres/postgis

I have made an application using Google earth engine.
