pip package has wrong version
I'm getting this error trying to install with pip:
pip install legistream-backend

Should display "Legislative Assembly" instead.
SA, Vic, and Tas don't work on Windows
NumPy seems to be broken at the moment, so the modules for these states don't work on Windows. Not much we can do about it except wait really.
[fed] parliament streams stay live after due ending
The Federal parliament keeps their streams up for hours after their marked ending time. We could scrape the ending times from the site and check them in the backend.
[qld] retrieving incorrect stream URL
Need to find how QLD returns its URL, as it isn't hardcoded...
