Expose Endpoint to try out Tangram Styles about openmaptiles HOT 6 CLOSED

The CDN endpoint for XYZ is going to be done by me - it should be ready for next week.

@nvkelso proposed he will use it for trying Tangram renderer and one of the Mapzen style on top of OpenMapTiles. Thanks for offering to have a look, @nvkelso!

IMHO the beautiful Refill style (inspired by Stamens' Toner) would probably the right hit for the intended use case we have with minimal basic vector tiles for background maps for displaying other data as overlay - and it would make a great demo of the Tangrams renderers...

@nvkelso How are the styles licensed? Would I be able to port their cartography to GL?
Their code is MIT licensed but I don't know about their cartography/design.

@nvkelso - the endpoint for OpenMapTiles (a slighly outdated version) is now online. Next week we will have one with more stable schema and additional updates.

The Planet v3.1 is hosted on the OSM2VectorTiles CDN now, for easier evaluation and testing:

I expect we rerender the whole planet later this week - once the schema gets more stable (milestone v3.3), and then I update the CDN again.
