I have just received a mechanical set from OpenBuilds store. Parts were ordered using BOM list. There are some issues that may be updated:

• row 5 (M5x10 Low Profile SCHS) are way too long, they should be M5x6 Low Profile SCHS with a following link http://openbuildspartstore.com/low-profile-screws-m5-30-pack/
• row 22, 44, 69 (M5x30 Low Profile SCHS) are too short, they should be at least 32mm to catch the thread,so 35mm is fine; link http://openbuildspartstore.com/low-profile-screws-m5/

Hi. In the BOM I see the "head camera," but I don't see the other camera (the one it holds parts over for identification and positioning). Is it a second of the same camera and lens?

The LED ring blocks access to lens focus adjustment screw. Either the camera holder or LED ring holder should be modified to allow a small screwdriver access to the screw.

Ideally the camera would also be rotated 180 degrees so that the screw can be accessed from the front of the machine instead of the rear.

The xml file looks fine to me so not sure if this is an openpnp issue or not.

Tear apart the prototype head and better document it. Since many of the screws are hidden or hard to get to they should be documented better. This can be done BOM style or in the 3D models.

any idea why i can't get the development branch version of the models to download via the fusion 360 interface? I go to top right download, fusion 360 archive, input my email but never get a link. Weirdly I was able to download the master and open it fine.

Juki nozzles are cheap and plentiful, they come in many sizes, and have spring loaded tips. They look like a good general solution, but we need a nozzle adapter.

The shaft of the nozzle is 7mm and it has a slot for a detent. I suspect we can design a nozzle adapter that has 3-4 spring loaded ball bearings to hold the nozzle in and make it auto changeable.

In addition, when the spring loaded tip is about 3/4 depressed, the top of it's shaft extends above the top of the shaft of the nozzle. I think this can be used as a z-probe either by having it touch a metal contact or sensing it optically or with hall effect.

The solenoid tubing has a 90 degree bend from the first solenoid to the first tee and this causes the tubing to collapse. Replace it with an elbow.
