PR #111 is ready for merging and implements the must-gather protocol.
In this PR I didn't test it with ac adm must-gather, I only focused on the information to collected.

oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/openshift-psap/ci-artifacts:latest --dest-dir=/tmp/must-gather
Running this command highlights two problems:

ocis not available (easy to solve) -
KUBECONFIGis not set (needs further investigations to understand how to access the cluster)
