The "newsletter" link is dead. The copyright footer says 2015-2016. ....but the root cause issue here:

I suspect the homepage should probably say something like OpenTraffic was developed largely by Mapzen and is now dormant, or "seeking new maintainers" perhaps?

On the home page, the link Traffic Engine links to http://opentraffic.io/##bottom of page## which does nothing.

Shouldn't it link to the Traffic Engine section above in the page or to the github repo?

What links do we want to show on the homepage?
