Occasional segfaults when using forms, for example: argument 0 to Curses function 'item_index' is not a Curses item at /usr/bin/ccfe line 2539

• Error is not stable but can almost always be triggered by selecting different form fields
• Sometimes select fields are not populated
• F5 or F2 on select fields can cause segfaults (behaves differently on different systems)

Theory:

• Could be related to Curses module
• Might need to statically compile>

Further investigation:

• Test on older Linux (ie Debian 5.10) - see if this is stable
• Step through execution to narrow down cause
