E sistema de troca por matéria prima. Casa, carro, computador, terreno,... No exemplo o Engenheiro ou Engenheira ganhou 5000 pts. Basta ele trocar por algo que ele queira. Um carro que vale 2000 pts. Trocou e agora esta com 3000 pts. E 2000 pts associados ao carro. Se ele cuidar bem do carro ele não perderá os pts associados ao carro, no caso 2000 pts. Isso também incentiva o cuidado com o planeta.
