RDocs follow internal logic but could be improved to match a style guide (if I can actually find one...)

The Python version of the toolbox has a trade generator added; add one for the Ruby version based on Suns of Gold.

The code uses each when it should use times (i.e. when it only needs to do something a number of times, not modify each element)

Currently missing a factions generator

Should be refactored to use times instead. This will also clean up json file (consistency):

[num assets primary stat], [num assets other stats]

Add a script which will generate an entire world with fauna, architectural styles, faction(s) and adventure seeds.

Printing the generators in YAML should be possible without impacting readability for CLI output. This will make it easier to serialise the data in a future release.

Add name attributes to the various objects and random name generators to be used if no name is specified.
