Without this, unxz included in stage0-posix can't decompress recent Linux kernel source tarballs.

I ran into the following when trying the mescc-tools-seed v1.0 release under Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS:

What am I doing wrong? :-)
Legacy_pieces/read.hex0 ends with a comment but does not end with a newline. stage0/roms/stage0_monitor.s and stage0/roms/stage1_assembler-0 end up in an infinite loop when they encounter this.
