Grundsätzlich kannst die generellen Anforderungen über die Suchanfrage «FDA laboratory documentation» einsehen. Da gibt es sehr viel zu lesen.

Ich möchte gerne noch eine Sache dazu sagen; ich hatte den Eindruck, dass Cobalt etwas für den Uni und klassischen Research Bereich sein soll. Wenn dem so ist, dann müsst ihr euch um solche Sachen keine Gedanken machen. Unis und Forschungsinstitute haben keine Zertifizierung / Akkreditierung und daher auch keine Gesetze die sie befolgen müssen.

Es kann nur sein, dass ihr einigermassen auf die Archivierung achten solltet – falls es mal eine Forschung in die Klinische Studie schafft; dann könnte es eventuell eine Thema werden. Da die Forschung noch vor dem Start der Klinische Studie läuft muss sie nicht unter GCP laufen (anders als GMP) – das ist jedoch immer ein diskutables Thema.

Wie gesagt – ich denke in eurem Rahmen und Vorhaben von Cobalt wird das alles kein Thema sein.

Bei der TC mit dem Lab Twin hatte ich es explizit erwähnt – weil Magdalena sagte, dass sie in die Industrie Richtung gehen wollen (oder es bereits tun), da hat man ISO, GLP, GMP und GCP – in der Industrie wird man also Cobalt in der Form nicht verwenden können, da es keine Industrie Firma gibt im Pharma / Biotech Bereich, welche die FDA und EMA Anforderungen nicht erfüllen muss. Daher jede Forma läuft nach einer oder mehreren Akkreditierungen.

At the moment, the MVP of Cobalt does not "know" the user.
There is no concept of login and have a user profile.

First Stage:
The sysadmin should be able to add users to the database with their Email and Password as credentials.

Those users should be able to log in using those credentials and see the data which belongs to them.

There will be multiple User Roles in the future, e.g., Admin, Scientist, Student, Team Lead, etc.

In the first phase, we will have the role of SCIENTIST.
