See if it is possible and perhaps still as good, to run the segment anything model on a cpu instead of the very pricey and sometimes inneficient gpu

If this works well enough, make the cpu the default, and add a quality option to utilize the gpu one

Current actions are failing due to directory changes

Right now the server file is being cluttered by the class file, makes it hard to work with and ugly. I did it initially for the performance boost, allowing it to retain memory on each consecutive call, this does not seem to be working as intended, so might as well go back to clean code approach
