For instance if we know a process is going to be using 98% of CPU most of the time, it makes sense that it gets a dedicated scheduler (that doesn't process anything else). This would have to be manually set up obviously since fern ain't gonna know what your processes are up to.

Then again, maybe this would just be premature optimization. Who knows. Need to benchmark different scenarios.
