Hi everyone,

I installed the OsTicket version and picked the dutch version to translate it in.
This works for the main page, but if I go to the admin panel only the categories are translated.

So things like settings, staff, ... are translated. But if you click on those categories all the settings and editing options in the list you get below are still in english. Some even have tags missing

We are interesting in contributing for the Swedish translation of OsTicket-Reloaded.

We are however experiencing some issues with the translation. Some translations are missing and are thus generating LABEL_CODES on several pages.

1. How do we complete the current Swedish translation with the labels that are missing?
2. How do we submit the new version?

Hello! Working in russian translation and noticed fatal errors while receiving messages about ticket status. Body is OK still subject is in ISO-8859-1 so that russian text in UTF-8 from table ost_email_template is broken.

Day, Date & Time Format: localization is broken. Showing only English.

Default Alert Email if set to Default System Email not applied

In order to fix the repository and restore some works by Jasper and correct the setting Helrunar sent by the Branch so that it is correct, I have to return the state of the repository for a few days late.

So be aware of that.

After I installed osTicket reloaded during which I was not able to choose an installation language I went to the admin panel. The admin panel opened in Arabic. Another user had the same issue. What happened to the language picker during the configuration?

I changed the language to Italian and here even more translations added by my thanks to UncleDan seem to have not been ported yet to this new branch. Backend is virtually void of translations into English. The front end looks better, but misses translations as well. Carlos, have the latest it languages been copied from my repository to this one? UncleDan had finished all as far as I recall and now it seems that work has not been ported to https://github.com/OsTicket-Reloaded/OsTicket/issues ..

It would be nice if the translation could be switched based on the language of the browser. I use my ticket system for both NL and EN. Now English people see the dutch translation. Would be a nice frontend improvement.

NB Perhaps http://techpatterns.com/downloads/php_language_detection.php would be useful to detect the browser language

Spanish translations for most of the backend are missing

I think the NL language changes made in my repository have not been added yet. After I manually changed Arabic to NL and entered the backend most of the NL language items were missing and many PHP constants were shown instead of translations.

We have been using OSticket reloaded quite a while now but we did not find a way to have it searched on the source of the ticket. We have created 2 sources (email and telephone) but we cannot seem to find a way to have to differentiate the search based on the source of the ticket

I implemented a language system very similar to this one at work. However I don't think it makes much sense to set the language in the preferences. I propose, that you try to guess the best language from the client's browser language. I also suggest a panel with "flag"-symbols for all installed languages, so once a user is on that page, he/she can change the language on the fly. I would then save this language in the session and for logged-in users also in the database.

If most of you agree with this idea, I can help implement it. I don't think it will be much effort, because I already have functions to get language from the browser, a few language Icons and you already have the option to load a language.

I downloaded the source and uploaded to my webspace but didn't know where to start.
Could you pls guide me how to start the work?
