No errors or success messages means it hasn't activated on the world at all. Usually this comes from something wrong or missing with configuration. You don't need the server name or address. The minimum you need is:
worlds:
<name of your world>:
enabled: true
Replace <name of your world> with the actual name of your world.
If you can post a copy of your config.yml we can probably figure out from that as well.
