Etcd client is pinned to Guzzle 6.x. There is the 7.0 and 7.1 already released.

There should be an upgrade.

I think that, as a general guideline, and for consistency/transparency, the client should aim to provide the same functionality as etcdctl.

The library functions, like get, has the information, that they return array or an Exception. Exceptions are not returned but thrown.

It would be nice if the PhpDoc says

hi @ouqiang if you feel comfortable please add your client to the https://github.com/coreos/etcd/blob/master/Documentation/integrations.md via PR. We currently have no v3 clients listed for PHP.
