docker-minecraft's Issues

Console

Can't seem to attach to Console

docker-enter issue

When I tried to use sudo docker-enter to access the Minecraft server console.
It says that it can't found it, and I have no idea what did I do wrong.

~/DoMic$ sudo docker-enter df3fc2e95233 minecraft
env: minecraft: No such file or directory

When execute sudo docker ps -l

CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES
df3fc2e95233 overshard/minecraft:latest /start About an hour ago Up About an hour 0.0.0.0:25565->25565/tcp cranky_colden

According to this:
https://docs.docker.com/articles/using_supervisord/#building-our-image
sudo docker build -t overshard/minecraft . is the key, but I still need your suggestion about how to mdodfy /etc/supervisor/conf.d/.

Is there any way to send server commands?

Hi,

As this just runs as a supervisord process, is there any way to send the minecraft server commands (such as "say")

I can get onto the server using nsenter but as it's just the process running, I don't see how to send a command.

Specify the version at the time of boot.

I would like to be able to switch versions at run time to make the update easier.
I think that it is better to execute it as follows.

docker run -e VERSION=1.9.4 -d minecraft-docker
