Consider this library for use in nx-ovr
chunks can be negative
@tunabrain reminds me that chunk coords can be negative, which i didn't account for the in region.rs API (where i use u32 for everything). we'll need to change this to i32 and make sure the rounding works correctly (
add support for TAG_Int_Array
Deploy to crates.io
I know this code is bound to the overviewer project, but it might be useful for other projects too. Then it would be helpful for others too.

This crate is not yet hosted on crates.io
Why? It's already working. I would even release an alpha build there. Maybe you motive some others to contribute.
