Bump `@ovh-ux/manager-webpack-dev-server`

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since @ovh-ux/[email protected] has been released, the current configuration hasn't been updated to use the latest version.

@ovh-ux/manager-webpack-dev-server must be upgraded to v2.2.0.

Describe alternatives you've considered
none.

Additional context
Using the latest version could be useful if we consider using the new option.
