Install

Update to use a GraphQL API

Description

I originally implemented the API using a REST structure for simplicity and speed of development for what I required.

It would be good for the actual release to use a GraphQL endpoint, but still leave the existing endpoints. GraphQL is far more flexible, and allows users of the API to only select the data they require.

Update Lumen to 5.8

Description

This is currently using Lumen 5.7, it would be good to update to the latest version.

See the upgrade guide for details on the main changes. Also, check the changes in the main laravel/lumen repository for minor updates.

Possible implementation

I will open a PR shortly that applies the updates.
