It is more a feature than a bug, and it happens because most instances of "left" and "right" are just swapped, without caring about context. It is easy to circumvent by naming the images differently. But I can see the usefulness of having this as an option, and I've started an implementation that fixes it.

I've added an option to not swap left/right inside "url()". I've also added an option to not swap left/right in selectors (e.g. ".pull-left"). You can trigger both from the command line, as well as through the API (I've updated the docs this time :)).

Please note that default behavior is like it used to be, to keep it backwards compatible. It will also swap these words in other places. I am unsure if this is a problem, as the only place I can think of at the moment is in comments. (I've made a note about looking into the specific case of comments later.)
