Join, part, quit, disconnect etc.

Must be created.

When a user quit we get a quit-event. But we need to check the channels + pms 
the user is in and send quit text to corresponding tabs.

Nick changes should send message to tabs chat window, update user list in 
channel and send nick change to server.

Add server, save to servers.ini, edit server, save to ini, delete server add to 
ini.

Privmsg, status messages etc. should reflect users choice

A help system must be created.

If you connect, then quit, then try to connect again nothing happens.

Blank topic now results in topic being channel name. We may want to keep it 
blank.

As of now, a tab is created no matter what.

From spec:

-There should also be a separate window for showing the list of available 
channels (should only be shown when the user requests it.)

The spec says:
Your IRC client will have to support multiple windows showing different 
channels simultaneously.

From spec:

-The windows showing a chat channel need to have a list of users shown in some 
way, 
-and it should be possible to bring up a pop up window through right clicking 
in this list. The pop up menu should then give access to the most common tasks 
that a user would want to perform against a user in this list.

Also when user says something to channel the level symbol (@, + etc) should be 
the prefix to nickname.
