Currently search is scoped by language for course and by team for learning circles. Changing this requires changing https://github.com/p2pu/erasmus-partner-site/blob/gh-pages/assets/jsx/courses.jsx and https://github.com/p2pu/erasmus-partner-site/blob/gh-pages/assets/jsx/index.jsx respectively.

• Styles should be compiled using GitHubs infrastructure
• p2pu-search-card should distribute an embeddable component that doesn't require anything

• Complete EU translations
• Add link to LC sign up page
• Implement on English pages as well
• Decide if the summary should be linkable from elsewhere (such as privacy link in the footer of the team sites)
• Make sure references are up to date from handbook
