Ssh jump host support
Currently, it is expected that node has public IP address.
Looks like we can't connect to a node if it runs in private subnet.
SSH_OPTS variable is also not honored:
❯ ~ export SSH_OPTS="-J [email protected]"
❯ ~ k nsenter -u ubuntu -n kube-system coredns-66f44b9d6-cxjmd ip address
/Users/alexandr/.krew/bin/kubectl-nsenter: dial tcp 10.101.41.119:22: i/o timeout
can't dial node [email protected]
Can we have a flag like --jump-host and --jump-user or something like that to specify that we need to use jump host?

unsupported container runtime in Openshift
Hi,
Trying on Openshift 4.10 cluster, but not working.
[root@bastion1 bin]# kubectl-nsenter -u core collector-audit-d4p9z bash
