Add django-rest View and Url for user registration

Add authentication mechanism (RESTful login)

Create database models (other than User) in core/models.py and register them with admin.py.

These should reflect database entities required by the application to perform banking, i. e. Subaccount, Transaction, Wallet etc.

createAlbum() throws exception for failed requests, but they aren't handled later when called in signup. Possibly in other places too.

BLOCKED BY: To successfully and easily make requests to the backend there should be dataclasses as described in #24 for each class that we want to get/send information about.

Future<Album/SubAccount> createAlbum/SubAccount async function, located in models.dart is a good reference for how to build these request functions.

This is a roadblock for making requests to the backend

Feature branch name should indicate exactly what the single most important new feature it provides.

Create static (not communicating with backend yet) frontend for all pages

You cannot leave the contact form because of this

Create django REST API Views (core/views.py), Serializers (new file core/serializers.py) and URLs (core/urls.py) that allow accessing certain database models' data (i. e. SubaccountView, SubaccountSerializer and api/v1/subaccounts for Subaccount).

Useful classes:

• views: APIView, ModelViewSet, rest_framework.renderers.JSONRenderer, rest_framework.response.Response

• serialization: rest_framework.serializers.ModelSerializer

• urls: rest_framework.routers.DefaultRouter
