InkML module

Include an InkML module. Firstly, add Inkmltk to lipitk.
Use the CROHME training data.

Observation: Inkmltk uses Tinyxml. Consider the use of libxml2 instead.

CMake

Consider the use of cmake. See https://github.com/pablospe/blackboard/ for an example

SVM

Build a library wrapper, using SVMLight or LibSVM. Include the 3rd party code in lipitk repository (git submodule, similar to svn external)

Observation: there is a possible license problem with SVMLight.

Feature extraction

Implementation of the method described in this paper, based on Legendre-Sobolev coefﬁcients:
