It works for me.
Without providing at least the error message you get it will be hard to give a more useful answer.
Please give as much details as possible about your environment and the way you install the package so people are able to help you.

I'm sorry but I forgot to copy the .log file with the errors. FDT is working now It seems that pip doesn't install the dependencies for FDT so I install blinker first I then try again "pip install flask-debugtoolbar" and now is working great.

Earlier versions of the toolbar did not list blinker as a dependency, but that was fixed in version 0.6. If you still have issues with this, send some additional details and I'll look into it.
