Imgproc.HoughCircles() has some problems in ball detection when there is a shadow.

Table's contours are different from frame to frame. They 'jump' probably because of not using any denoising.

Create base sample to verify proper working of OpenCV with app.

Implement functionality of storing ball color from frames to further probabilistic analyze of true color.

Before storing ball colors, we need to assign id to each ball to distinguish them.
