Run a LogicMonitor debug command at the command line

Usage:

Provide credentials at the command line:

dotnet run <accountName> "<accessId>" "<accessKey" <collectorId> "<command>"

Provide credentials in a json file:

dotnet run filename.json <collectorId> "<command>"

The json file should be formatted as:
