Backfill local styles doesn't work when there are multiple widgets on the same page

In case there are multiple customizable widgets on the same page that contain colors in their StyleDefinition, these colors are not added properly in the Global styles.

Introduce more default, non-deletable styles (besides text).

There are several primitive styles that should never be deleted, like Default text, Default background color, etc. Deleting them leads style system to picking up the browser defaults, which are not always predictable.
