AngularJS directive for working with Nokia Here Maps

• Add minified version dist/angular-heremaps.min.js;
• calculateRoute method: added support for more than 2 waypoints (Thanks jzet for pull request);
• updateMarkers method: added optional refreshViewbounds parameter to update viewbounds on marker change. By default: false (Thanks jzet for pull request);
• UI module loading bug fixed (Thanks klagoda for pull request)
