Unified error handling about paralus HOT 6 OPEN

@miravtmehta If you're asking design document for Unified error handling then, as of now we don't have any implementation design ready yet.
We are more than happy if you have something in mind and would like to discuss with us here.
There are some error handling libraries available online to take inspiration from, for example:
