When a RoomFragment loses/fails to acquire connection to a rooms' systems, the color of its label is supposed to change - this does not happen. Suspect related to how I am handling propagation of that event via the PendingIntents.

There are additional RoomView Express features that may be desirable on mobile, namely the lamp usage indicator and the system status indicators. Additional useful features would include ability to remotely command the systems, ie for remotely initiating shutdown or startup.

Once the app has been sitting in background for a while, notifications do not seem to be properly triggered. Requires additional investigation once campus reopens. May be related to #1.
