I have iphone 13 ios 16.1.2 bought from china that facetime video only , and i tried your app but it didn’t work with facetime and its still only videocall

How can i stop this tool working and back to my real location?

I didn't work on my iPhone 14 Pro. My phone is from Korea KH and I tried to use this to change my model to the US. I did everything correctly, opened the app, and clicked on the default run for the US. My phone rebooted but the model hadn't been changed. The find my friends app didn't work either...
