Thanks for the report. It seems it's failing to fetch the module information as you tried as debugging.
Is the behavior same for running similar code in iex
console?
$ iex -S mix
...
iex(1) > MyApp.MyProblematicModule_meck_original.module_info(:compile)
Also, some accessible sample code would help too.

It is the same for running this code in iex
:
$ MIX_ENV=test iex -S mix
iex(1)> :meck.new(MyApp.MyProblematicModule)
:ok
iex(2)> MyApp.MyProblematicModule_meck_original.module_info(:compile)

Here is the project that I created quickly to present this problem. For the initial commit, mix coveralls
works as expected. For the commit that introduces meck, the issue I have reported appears.
