Signature fields are not showing up

Adobe Acrobat Reader handwritten signature fields are not showing up in the PDF Viewer. Is the PDF Viewer able to show signature fields or is it just not included in the SDK?

Build error: Could not find file "modeTwoPage.png"

Hello, I just downloaded the "master" source from github:
https://github.com/Patagames/Pdf.WinForms/archive/master.zip

I have the following error when I try to build:

Indeed, that file "\Resources\modeTwoPage.png" does not seems to be present in the folder.

As a quick fix, I copied one of the other PNG file and then I renamed it to modeTwoPage.png.
