Actually, I emailed them a couple of times when we introduced new features here, but they never responded to me. If you are inclined to contact them yourself, feel free to do that. Maybe it helps if they get messages from several people.
Personall, I think it's a pity that the effords to develop and enhance this plugin are not bundled in one place.
