Add way to select soundcard/channel to change

I integrated your script into hadess/CHIP-bluetooth-speaker#8 but changing the channel is a bit too hacky for my taste:
sed -i 's,numid=3,numid=1,' /usr/bin/volume-watcher.py

Would be great if there was a way to pass the soundcard and numid through either an option or an environment variable. This way, the configuration would be outside the script itself.

Quiet amixer output

Though it's useful for debug, the amixer output is pretty verbose, 4 lines for each volume change. Using the -q option would fix that.
