Implement some kind of line buffer to write to the .out and .err files (from deamon) without having to terminate the programm.

even with send_event_message set to false a message is sent.

The setting is actually not used at all in event_add.py

This would make it more reliable when losing network connection. Currently, the bot has to be online for the availabilities to be recorded. This would not be necessary anymore as it would store the message and look it up when asked.

Events for on_reaction_add and on_reaction_remove would not be needed anymore.

Also, this would be able to survive bot restarts if the message-id is stored in a shelve

There are only 25 fields allowed in one embed message. so maybe split the whole list into several embeds every 25 events or other solution.

new command about for the bot to display basic information about the bot like version, author, maybe github link...
