Enable full Python 3 Support

Known Issues

Some statements contain unicode encoding and actually for it. This is very bad practice anyway and was just a quick and dirty solution during developement.

Solution

Make code compatible with python 2 and 3 by correcting the encoding

make column names of expense sheet a variable that the user may change.
In order to avoid too many command line arguments all the arguments should be moved to a config file

At the moment it seems like amounts are incorrect when vouchers are present.
