This really nice Add-on displays the information just through color alone. Hard to see which state it has if you suffer from a red-green weakness (like me ;). My suggestion is to put two little icons (I/O) in the background of the slider like in iOS (iPad). Perhaps the color also could be adjusted.

Furthermore you could add a title to your Add-on which appears on mouseover (useful if the label is turned off).

If you're interested in a fork/patch I could try it, but I have to warn you, I never edited FF-Addons before ;)

I noticed that it often does not remember the cache toggle setting.

It is green (on) when i close FF 4 and when i start firefox again then it is often turned off (red), i can switch it back on again, as long FF is not turned off it stays green but as soon as FF is closed and restart it is turned off again.

I only can fix it by removing it completely and reinstall it again, then it works normal again, it keeps working for a while and then spontaneously it is default off again.

This happened several times already , I am using FF 4.0 on win7(x64) and cache toggle version 0.6.

Is there a fix/update to be accepted what would fix this?

User needs to enable "Add-on bar" to see the switch!

To turn on the "Add-on bar", the user needs to press Alt then click View, mouse-over Toolbars, and check "Add-on bar". (also, there is a short cut: Ctrl + /)

Please put the switch some-place else or make the "Add-on bar" appear automatically.
