• install pytest
• add base fixtures:
  • create test database (if not exists)
  • upgrade migrations
  • force-rollback autouse transaction
  • async test client
  • auto mock settings.POSTGRES_URL to test db

• Change folder structure
• UUID instead of auto increment id
• PostgreSQL default naming convention
• Default fields for Base ORM model (id, created_at, modified_at)
• BaseService instead of BaseRepository
• Use dependency injection instead of explicit async with async_postgres.session() as session
• Update dependencies
• Move to Pydantic v2.0+
