解决程序运行10s后会黑屏的bug

可以呼出任务管理器，但打开不了explorer.exe，提示无法找到该程序，网上办法都试过，还是排不出问题。

每次关机后或者睡眠后，再启动系统或者唤醒系统就会这样了，很奇怪！

按个人理解，我的explorer.exe程序被恶意删除了，所以开机后，从账户登录界面进去后，就一片黑，只有光标在，也不卡
