Any particular reason it was not included?
Setup instructions are missing
Hi,
was pointed here from the paper to check out the code, there seems to be a lot of steps for setup which are not mentioned:
- requirements.txt for your dependencies, i saw at least google, sqllite, web3, numpy and others -- i.e.
pip freeze > requirements.txt - infrastructure needed to run examples - saw some docker files in the subfolders, do i need to build them?
- where/how to get the dataset?

The data folder is currently empty.
If not feasible for github, is there any external storage that you could point to?
