The readme says to use

make phase0/stamp

to build phase 0, however

make phase0/phase0.tap

seems to be the command needed to build it.

I'm still not entirely sure about this, but I think this is Snyder's C compiler, library, and linker ported to TOPS-20. Some files make references to Johnson's PCC, and MIT people say they they added a PDP-10 code generator to it. But these files closely match the ones found on ITS and SAIL.

Files are mostly from SUMEX, which I believe ran TENEX. I would hope this should run on TOPS-20 too. The "twenex" directory is from twenex.sdf.org.

There's a client for ITS.
