Need tests

Determine a way to trigger an API call from outside the main app so that I can do so after a settings change - instead of the current method where it just calls every 15 seconds if the URL isn't set or there is another type of failure

Nightscout URL is correct and Open Nightcout button works correctly.

Error message in Xcode debug window:

If the API shows the last reading as being more than 10 minutes in the past, find a way to indicate that. Perhaps in place of the delta like glance does.

It looks as though it's still showing in mg/dl, but adding in a decimal place?

• Split structs and items up into their own files.
• Refactor API integration into its own class instead of living inside the main app

Store the API token in the keychain instead of the user defaults

Instead of just running the API call every 5 minutes, use the time of the last reading in the API results to and schedule the next API call for 5 minutes and a few seconds after that
