lx-whois's Issues

Display what is being recorded

It will be a good idea to display what is recorded:

  1. To see the timestamp
  2. To make sure the correct input was given (as the process is still manual)

Allow extra arguments to be passed to `whois`

At the moment, it is not possible to use extra arguments that is available for whois command. The most important one is the ability to pass the host (-h option). Some new LTDs are not recognized by the whois command and need the whois server to be passed manually, using -h.

Use colon in the date format

At the moment date are printed as %Y-%m-%d %H %M %S

It will be more standard and visually better if we use colon instead of space for the time section.

Add a README

A README that explains the possible argument via examples.
