It should prevent the scraper from looping.

Make links in the dataframe linkable

Refactoring is needed to stop using the deprecated method,

Need support for at least:

• Italian
• English

The user should be able to pick a language.
So every message should be saved out of the code and imported (example a italian.json) when needed

Add searching for an appointment without any filtering based on the date

those methods might be put in a utils file or somewhere else
the methods are:

• get_commissariats
• filter_appointments
• convert_appointments_to_dataframe

Make the program able to show desktop notifications when an appointment appears

Actually the table has an index column which starts from 0
We can:

• Remove it
• Make it start from one to make it human readable
